Burgers always taste a bit funky, they don't seem to change their grease very often, and milkshakes are never mixed
Weekend crew is typically rude, sarcastic and short. Generally do not know or understand their menu items. Repeatedly attempt to walk off with change for their tip. Furthermore, the orders are usually wrong, cold and haphazardly thrown together. Finding more and more reasons to go somewhere else.
This is a few days after the above. They screwed up our order today THREE TIMES. It took an hour just to get the correct order of wings. Management needs to weed out the workers. They're ridiculous.
I ordered a medium Reeses blast. They charged me for a large and delivered a medium cup of vanilla ice cream only, no Reeses at all. The carhop assured me my order was correct after I flagged her back down and walked away.
I got to say that the staff members are great and safe for your family to get hot dogs and the fries are good I am in the process of buy a very good cold slush
We have been to the Sonic in Morton, Mississippi three times in the passed week during the night shift, and ALL THREE TIMES, WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR ORDER! During one visit, there were four people, including what appeared to be a child, inside of the cooking area that were not in uniform (shouldn't have been in there). We waited nearly thirty minutes after the orders were supposed to be brought out and still nothing. The "staff" were running their mouths and acting like fools. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
